1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "fw777" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the fw777 online gaming platform accessible at fw777.cam and all associated services, tools, and communication channels operated under that brand.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has registered a fw777 account and is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" — the individual account opened by a Member upon successful registration, used to access all fw777 services.
• "Balance" / "Account Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a Member's fw777 account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp), excluding any bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by fw777 to a Member's account, subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total value of bets a Member must place using bonus funds before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity and age verification process fw777 requires all Members to complete before withdrawals are processed.
• "KTP" — Kartu Tanda Penduduk, the Indonesian National Identity Card, the primary identity document accepted during the fw777 KYC process.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all fw777 operational hours, draw schedules, and customer support availability unless stated otherwise.
• "Services" — all products offered on the fw777 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, and slot titles.

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain a fw777 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fw777 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. This is a hard requirement, not a recommended guideline.
• You must be a natural person (an individual human being). Corporations, trusts, partnerships, or other legal entities may not register an account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of a fw777 employee in a role related to platform operations, odds setting, game provisioning, or payment processing.
• You must not hold an existing fw777 account that has been suspended, closed for cause, or subject to a self-exclusion order.
• You must not be accessing the fw777 platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law, or in which fw777 has decided not to offer its services.

3 Account Registration

To register a fw777 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all mandatory registration fields. fw777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage to verify the information provided.

• You may hold only one account on the fw777 platform. Opening duplicate accounts — including under a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them.
• The name registered on your fw777 account must exactly match the name on your KTP and on the bank account or e-wallet you use for deposits and withdrawals. Discrepancies will delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. fw777 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your password.
• You must notify fw777 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• fw777 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

Account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — must not be shared with any third party. fw777 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purporting to come from fw777 should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

fw777 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all Members. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed. fw777 may also initiate a KYC review at any point during the lifecycle of your account, including following a significant increase in deposit volume or betting activity.

The standard KYC documents required by fw777 are:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of your Indonesian National ID (KTP), showing your full name, date of birth, and national ID number.
• Proof of Age: Satisfied by the KTP submission above, which must confirm you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of the bank account statement header (showing your registered name and account number) or the e-wallet profile screen (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) registered to the same name as your fw777 account.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your KTP, taken on the day of submission. fw777 may request a real-time verification selfie via the support channel.

fw777 will process KYC submissions within 1–3 business days (WIB). If your submission is incomplete or documents are unclear, our KYC team will contact you via your registered email address or live chat to request re-submission. Withdrawal requests remain on hold until KYC is fully approved.

5 Deposits

fw777 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All account balances, bets, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in IDR. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. fw777 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties, including immediate family members. Third-party deposits are refunded to the originating account and may trigger an account review.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though individual banks and e-wallet providers may impose their own transfer limits. fw777 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposits processed via local bank transfer are typically credited to your fw777 account within 5–15 minutes during standard banking hours. E-wallet deposits are generally credited instantly. If a deposit has not been credited within 60 minutes, contact fw777 support with your transfer receipt for manual verification.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on fw777 are subject to the following conditions:

• Your fw777 account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your fw777 account. No exceptions are made to this rule.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 21:00 WIB on a business day are typically processed within 1–3 business hours. Requests submitted after 21:00 WIB or on public holidays are queued for processing on the next business day.
• fw777 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger fraud-prevention thresholds, which may extend processing time by up to 3 business days.
• Any active bonus funds in your account that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are non-withdrawable and are forfeited when a withdrawal request is made, unless otherwise stated in the relevant bonus terms.

fw777 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are beyond the control of fw777.

In the event that fw777 requires additional documentation to process a withdrawal — for example, a more recent proof-of-address or an updated bank statement — our finance team will contact you within 24 hours of the withdrawal request being placed. Failure to provide the requested documentation within 7 calendar days will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your fw777 account balance.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

fw777 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and event-specific offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this clause and to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirement: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all fw777 bonuses carry a standard 30x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount received. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying bets before any winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable.
• Validity Period: Bonuses are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of activation. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to a wagering requirement at the end of the validity period are forfeited automatically.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Sports betting and live casino bets on eligible markets contribute 100%. Slot titles contribute at rates between 50% and 100% depending on the title, as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Togel lottery bets contribute 50% toward the wagering requirement.
• Minimum Odds: Sports bets placed to satisfy a wagering requirement must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) per leg. Bets placed below this threshold do not count toward the wagering requirement.
• One Welcome Bonus Per Member: The fw777 welcome bonus is available once per eligible Member. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be closed and all associated balances forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: fw777 monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds without genuine wagering risk. fw777 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where abuse is identified.

fw777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions do not affect wagering obligations already in progress at the time of the change.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the fw777 platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed on the fw777 platform. fw777 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and confirmed, except where specifically permitted under the rules of the relevant product (for example, in-play cash-out where available).
• fw777 offers sports betting markets across BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup, and other major competitions. Market types include Asian handicap (voor bola), 1X2, over/under totals, and mix parlay accumulators of up to 10 legs.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live casino game session that results in a disconnection before a game round is completed, the round is resolved according to the game provider's server-side records. fw777 accepts the outcome recorded by the certified RNG server as definitive.
• Togel lottery market results are determined by the official draw results of the relevant licensed lottery operator (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.). fw777 publishes results as soon as the official source confirms them.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by product and market. The minimum single sports bet is Rp 10.000. The minimum mix parlay accumulator bet is Rp 5.000. The minimum slot spin varies by title, with the lowest available stake being Rp 200 per spin.
• fw777 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously erroneous odds resulting from a pricing error, system fault, or data feed failure. Voided bets are refunded to the Member's account balance at the full stake value.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fw777 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, submitting fraudulent KYC documents, or impersonating another person.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing the fw777 platform if you are under 21 years of age, or assisting a person under 21 to access the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament on fw777.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, using third-party deposits to trigger bonus activation, or employing hedging strategies to extract bonus funds without genuine wagering risk.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets on fw777 without genuine human interaction.
• Money Laundering: Using the fw777 platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the criminal origin of those funds. fw777 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence investigations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider for a deposit made to fw777. Members who initiate chargebacks will have their accounts suspended and the disputed amount recovered from any remaining balance.
• Arbitrage and Matched Betting: Systematic exploitation of fw777 odds against other operators or exchanges to lock in guaranteed profits irrespective of outcome.

10 Responsible Gaming

fw777 is committed to supporting responsible gaming practices. We provide all Members with access to the following tools directly within their account settings, at no charge and without requiring contact with customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further betting is paused until the period resets.
• Session Timer & Reality Check: Configure session duration alerts that notify you how long you have been actively betting.
• Time-Out: Take a temporary break from the fw777 platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the fw777 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Losses resulting from temporary or permanent unavailability of the fw777 platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to safeguard account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access by a third party.
• Delays or failures in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by the Member's bank, e-wallet provider, or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Any errors, omissions, or interruptions in live data feeds (sports scores, live odds, draw results) supplied by third-party data providers.

fw777's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or the Member's use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits fw777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

12 Privacy & Data

fw777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering a fw777 account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described therein.

Key points regarding your data at fw777:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• fw777 does not sell your personal data to third-party marketing companies.

13 Amendments

fw777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fw777 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are significant, notify active Members via their registered email address.

Your continued use of the fw777 platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you must cease using the fw777 platform and contact support to close your account.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms & Conditions governing your use of fw777.

14 Governing Law & Contact

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through fw777's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under applicable international arbitration rules.

fw777 operates an internal dispute resolution process for all Member complaints. To initiate a complaint:
